If uploading sketches using the Arduino IDE fails, follow these steps to update the bootloader:

  -Prepare an Arduino Uno, Mega or similar to act as ISP as described at http://arduino.cc/en/Tutorial/ArduinoISP
  -Wire it up as shown in flasbootloader_connected.png (Picture Reveiw of SKU099688)
  -Use Arduino IDE to flash the bootloader of the corresponding Pro/Pro Mini (5V, 16MHz) to SKU099688 or SKU066315
